An Evening with The Babylon Bee | “728 Days to Flatten the Curve”

Kongsvinger Lutheran Church, rural Oslo MN, is partnering with Christian satire site, The Babylon Bee, for a March 11th, 2022, charity event. Beneficiaries will include the local Grand Forks (ND) Women’s Pregnancy Center and Lutherans for Life – a national pro-life advocacy group.
Kyle Mann, Chief Editor The Babylon Bee, will provide insight into the workings of the Babylon Bee via a livestream presentation and dialogue from his location in California.
The Kongsvinger Lutheran Church is the event host site where a banquet meal will be served at 6:00 pm. Seating is limited. Early Registration is a MUST.

Except for 2021 (Covid), Kongsvinger has sponsored an annual charity event for over 20 years. The last occurred on March 13, 2020 - the weekend that marked the beginning of business and social closures for “15 days to flatten the curve.” Ok, so the virus didn’t get the memo.
Local Seating is limited. Preregistration is required.
Unlimited livestream attendance will be available through YouTube. Public access to the livestream discussion is through the Kongsvinger Lutheran YouTube Channel [CLICK HERE] beginning at 6:30 pm (CST) with The Babylon Bee interview at 7:00 pm. No registration is required.

The Babylon Bee is known for the catchy titles of articles such as: “Trudeau Orders All Geese Rounded Up and Shot for Honking in Solidarity with Truckers” or “Biden Promises to Replace Retiring Quarterback Tom Brady with a Woman of Color”.
Participants who wish to contribute a title for a potential Babylon Bee article may do so by submitting their original title by clicking the link below. Several of the contributed titles considered to be most closely identifiable with Babylon Bee standards will receive the honor of being read by Kyle Mann during the livestream interview.
